Ingredients
1&1/2 tbsp ghee (sajuk tup)1 cup rava (semolina)
3/4 cup sugar2 small spoons of Velchi pawder (Cardoman powder)
4 cups water
4 to 6 raisins (manuka)
6 to 8 almonds cashwu nuts crushed or thinly sllicedMethod Heat ghee (sajuk tup) in a pan add Rava (semolina) into itStir it till it get light golden brown colour, After getting proper colour keep it aside.Boil a water in a Pan with sugar..once sugar gets melt..add rava (semolina) into it and stir it continuously so it dosen't get burn..stir until u get thick consistency...Add Cardomon Powder, Raisins (manuka), cashuw nuts and almonds into it...Decorate it with thincly sliced Badam..Serve Hot... Tip Insted of water you can use bolied milk also.

Serve Hot...
Tip
Insted of water you can use bolied milk also.
